Get Help While You Play Live Poker

Live poker sessions move fast, and a connection drop or bet query should not cost you a hand. Our support paths are built for in-session problems.

Live Chat During Session Open the chat widget from within the live poker channel screen. A support agent can review your table session details and resolve bet disputes while the stream stays active.
Account and Wallet Queries If your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposit has not reflected before a session, share the transaction reference through the support form and we will trace it against your account wallet.
Stream and Table Issues A broken stream or frozen table mid-hand is logged automatically. Contact support with your table ID and the hand timestamp so we can pull the server record and confirm the outcome.
55z777 Inside Our Live Poker Table Rooms

Inside Our Live Poker Table Rooms

Our live poker channel pulls from studios run by Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, giving you Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em under one lobby tab. Each table streams in HD with a dealer you can hear clearly and a side-bet panel built into the interface. The hand history sits right below the live view, so you can track

how the shoe or deck has moved. Switch between table stakes using the chip selector — no need to leave the channel. Players in Dhaka reach the stream through mobile browser without any separate download.

HOW WE RUN IT

How 55z777 Keeps Live Poker Fair

Every live poker table on this channel draws from a physical deck shuffled and dealt by a studio dealer on camera. The hand result is determined by the physical card, not a random number generator. We source tables only from certified studio providers, and game logs are retained so any disputed hand can be reviewed.

Physical Card Dealing

Dealers on our live poker channel handle real cards in a monitored studio. There is no RNG involved — the card you see turned is the card that counts for your hand result.

Certified Studio Providers

We carry live poker streams from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live only. Both studios operate under independent audit frameworks, and their table software is tested by third-party labs.

Hand History Retention

Every hand dealt on the channel is logged server-side with a timestamp. If you raise a dispute, support can retrieve the full hand record including all bets and the dealer action sequence.

Secure Account Access

Your live poker session is tied to a verified account with SSL encryption on all data in transit. OTP verification on login protects your wallet balance between sessions.

Live Poker Channel Glossary

New to live poker or just want a quick reminder of what each term means at the table? These plain-language definitions cover the words you will see most often on our channel.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the dealer rather than other players. You and the dealer each receive two hole cards plus five community cards to build the best five-card hand.

What does Ante mean in live poker?

The mandatory bet placed before cards are dealt. It opens the hand and sets the base pot. In Casino Hold'em, you place an Ante plus an optional bonus side bet before seeing any cards.

What is a side bet in live poker?

An optional wager placed alongside your main bet, paying out on specific card combinations like a flush or full house, independent of whether you beat the dealer on the main hand.

What does 'fold' mean at the live table?

Folding means surrendering your hand and forfeiting the Ante. You exit that hand immediately. The dealer does not show their cards after a fold in most Casino Hold'em table formats.

What is RTP in live poker context?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage paid back over many hands. On our channel, RTP is shown only where the provider exposes it in the game interface.

What is a hand history in live poker?

A record of every action taken in a completed hand — cards dealt, bets placed, and the outcome. On our channel, this is stored server-side and can be accessed through account support if needed.
